Medical Assistant (Bilingual Preferred)

The Medical Assistant performs routine clinical and administrative tasks, working alongside Medical Providers and licensed professionals to deliver excellent and quality patient care services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program or demonstrates a comparable combination of training and experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Knowledge of basic clinic medical care and procedures
• Outstanding customer service skills, compassion, critical thinking skills, and the ability to demonstrate HIPAA confidentiality a must
• Ability to maintain records and files
• Ability to operate a computer, use office equipment including a copier, office telephone, and appropriate clinic equipment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to exert physical effort maintaining and distributing files
• Bilingual in English and Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Farsi, or Dari are highly preferred
• Open to entry-level candidates, but those with experience are highly preferred
