Job Description
Elicit Brewing Company is seeking a Bar Manager to ensure exceptional guest experience at their restaurants. The role involves managing all areas of operations, ensuring service quality, and maintaining inventory, along with fostering a positive and engaging work environment. Managers are expected to lead their team and contribute to company standards and goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years prior bar management experience
- Excellent people management skills, including conflict resolution and development
- ServSafe and Food Safety Handler Certification
- Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite
- Catering/to-go experience
- Knowledge of state and local liquor laws
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environment
- Physical ability to perform physical demands
- Ability to maintain schedule with 55+ hours per week
