Bartender

Eli’s Restaurant Group is seeking a Bartender to maintain their bar program, assist in development, train staff, manage inventory and upkeep. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about food & beverage, confident in their service, and dedicated to upholding company standards. They will work in a fast-paced, busy environment to provide excellent guest service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong beverage knowledge and passion for the service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude
• Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback
• Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability
