Bartender

The Eli’s Restaurant Group is seeking a skilled Bartender to join the team. This role involves maintaining bar program integrity, training new bartenders, assisting management, and providing excellent guest service. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, energetic, and committed to upholding company standards.

Requirements

• Oversee and guide guest’s complete dining and restaurant experience
• Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service
• Full knowledge of food and beverage menu items including the major components of a dish
• Extensive beverage knowledge including classic cocktails, local craft and international beers, wine varietals and pairings
• Confident and correct use of POS system
• Maintain a sanitary environment
• Ensure proper table maintenance
• Communicate respectfully with chefs and servers
