Job Description
Elicit is seeking a Chef to be the head of the BOH team, responsible for mentoring all BOH staff, managing food costs, and ensuring the smooth preparation and service of both restaurant offerings and private events. Requirements
- 5+ years’ managerial experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Knowledgeable techniques, methods, and tools in cooking high quality food
- Food Handler’s Certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills
- Experience with cost and labor management software (a plus)
