Job Description
Elite Contracting Group is seeking a Field Installation Foreman with experience in equipment operating, fence installation, concrete finishing, or civil construction to join their Central Region Office in Petersburg, Virginia.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, such as drills, saws, and post hole diggers
- Ability to read blueprints
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and alignment of fence components
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during installation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues
- Commitment to safety protocols and practices to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment
