Field Foreman

TTI Environmental, Inc. is seeking a qualified Field Foreman to support our Construction and Contracting Division. This position is field-based and requires travel to project sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in environmental construction, particularly petroleum equipment installations, upgrades, removals, and remediation projects.

Requirements

• Actively participate in daily field construction activities including excavation, trenching, piping installation, tank setting and removal, equipment installation, and concrete work
• Lead by example by working alongside crew members to ensure productivity, quality, and adherence to schedule
• Supervise, direct, and mentor field personnel and subcontractors
• Interpret project specifications, drawings, and technical plans to execute the project scope effectively
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, inspectors, and subcontractors as required
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
• Conduct daily safety meetings and complete Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
• Maintain daily field reports, time tracking, and project documentation
• Manage site logistics, equipment utilization, and material coordination
• Identify and communicate field changes, unforeseen conditions, and potential cost impacts
