A team-focused dental practice seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to educate patients on their treatment plan, present options, and manage administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of two years' experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environment
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and dental software, experience with Dentrix strongly preferred
