The Inside Sales Specialist plays a critical role in managing the sales pipeline and ensuring a seamless customer journey. This role is heavily focused on HubSpot CRM pipeline management, lead follow-up, and sales process execution.
Requirements
- Own and manage sales leads within HubSpot CRM
- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, activities, and documentation within the CRM
- Monitor sales team responsiveness to inbound leads
- Conduct consistent follow-up with end users and aftermarket dealers
- Support the sales team by answering customer inquiries, nurturing leads, and assisting with closing activities
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and order documentation based on customer needs and sales direction
- Assist with post-sale coordination to ensure a smooth handoff and positive customer experience
- Build and maintain email templates, workflows, and CRM automations to improve efficiency and consistency
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in sales and customer experience processes and recommend improvements
- Help streamline internal workflows to reduce manual effort and improve response times
- Track customer engagement, follow-ups, and repeat business opportunities
