The Inside Sales Specialist will oversee and optimize the company's inside sales operations, manage pipeline management, sales funnel oversight, and customer relationship development. They will lead the inside B2B sales function, ensure CRM data integrity, develop inbound sales strategies, and collaborate with other departments.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience with CRM systems in an enterprise environment
- Proven experience in inside sales with prior people management responsibilities
- Strong understanding of sales funnel management, pipeline oversight, and forecasting
- Excellent customer communication skills across phone, email, and web-based platforms
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement inbound and outbound sales systems
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
- E-commerce experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse personality types
- Team-oriented mindset; role interacts with most departments
- High aptitude for drone technology or electronic products
