Wire Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wire Technician to join our production and engineering team. This role is highly hands-on and will play a key part in the wiring, assembly, and integration of electrical systems used in our manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Assemble, route, and terminate wiring harnesses and electrical components according to engineering drawings and schematics.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical layouts, and mechanical assembly documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support prototype builds, new product development, and ongoing production.
• Perform testing and inspection of electrical systems to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with internal standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot wiring or component issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of wiring assemblies, modifications, and process changes.
• Ensure all work adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in manufacturing processes and electrical design efficiency.
