We are seeking to hire a high-performing, customer-focused Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across a defined geographic region. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building long-term customer relationships, and promoting Elite's full suite of material handling solutions.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with company goals.
- Consistently prospect and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with service, parts, and finance teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Represent Elite Material Handling at trade shows, industry events, and customer demonstrations.
