Job Description
To ensure safe, appropriate and goal-directed care and to provide support and direct nursing staff. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills in change management, emotional intelligence and demonstrated leadership experience in a residential or behavioral health setting.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- B.S. N. (required); M.S.N. preferred
- NYS RN License and RN Registration Certificate (required)
- BCLS certificate (required)
- PALS certification preferred
- Completion of courses mandated for continuation of RN license
- Minimum of two years pediatric experience.
- Minimum of three years experience in supervisory role.
- Experience in pediatric and adolescent chronic and restorative nursing modalities preferred.
