RN Supervisor - Full Time Night

The RN Supervisor is responsible for ensuring safe, appropriate, and goal-directed care for residents, supporting and supervising nursing staff, and promoting family-centered care. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, change management experience, and leadership experience in a residential or behavioral health setting.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• B.S. N. (required); M.S.N. preferred
• NYS RN License and RN Registration Certificate (required)
• BCLS certificate (required)
• PALS certification preferred
• Completion of courses mandated for continuation of RN license
