Job Description
Ella Resorts is seeking a Cook C for the 2026 season. The ideal candidate will have good food knowledge, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Good food knowledge
- Genuine interest in learning and developing skills
- Clean and tidy kitchen with regular stock checks, labelling, audits, equipment checks, and adherence to all health and safety requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of the full menu offering
- Assisting with the preparation and creation of all dishes
- Completing mis-en-place
- Working experience in a similar role in 5-star hotels
- Degree / Diploma in Culinary is desirable
- Good knowledge of English language
- A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) is a plus
- Flexibility to respond to different work situations
- Positive and proactive approach to work
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Negotiation and excellent Communication skills
- Pleasant personality, client oriented
