Requirements

• Good food knowledge and interest in learning and developing skills
• Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen
• Comprehensive understanding of the full menu offering
• Assisting with dish preparation and creation
• Completing mis-en-place
• Working experience in a similar role in 5-star hotels
• Degree / Diploma in Culinary is desirable
• Good knowledge of English language
• Second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) is a plus
• Flexibility, positive approach, and excellent communication skills
• Pleasant personality and client-oriented
