Front Office Agent (S26)

Ella Resorts is seeking a Front Office Agent to implement our Service Excellence Culture at our fully renovated resort in Crete, Rocrita Lifestyle Beach Resort. The Front Office Agent will provide guest administrative support, welcome guests, and coordinate front-desk activities.

Requirements

• Three or more years’ working experience in a similar role in the luxury hospitality sector (5* Hotels)
• Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
