Guest Service Agent (S26)

Ella Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Agent to implement its Service Excellence Culture at the Rocrita Lifestyle Beach Resort in Crete, Greece. The ideal candidate will provide warm welcomes, attentive service, and personalized assistance to guests.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations or Front Office in a luxury hospitality setting
• Fluency in English; other languages (especially French, German, Russian, or Arabic) are highly desirable
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems and guest service protocols
• Formal training in hospitality or tourism is preferred
