Job Description
Ella Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Agent to implement our Service Excellence Culture at our fully renovated resort in Corfu. The Guest Service Agent will ensure a warm welcome, attentive service, and personalized assistance to guests, in alignment with luxury hospitality standards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations or Front Office in a luxury hospitality setting
- Fluency in English; other languages (especially French, German, Russian, or Arabic) are highly desirable
- Familiarity with hotel PMS systems and guest service protocols
- Formal training in hospitality or tourism is preferred
