Role Overview

As a Business Development and Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing initiatives, participate in business development strategies, and engage with stakeholders. What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing marketing initiatives, managing project photography, creating advertising graphics, and supporting public relations efforts. You will also participate in business development strategies, maintain opportunity pipelines, and support relationship-building efforts with clients and partners.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional work experience managing proposal teams or equivalent combination of technical training and experience
• Degree or Diploma in Commerce/Marketing/Communications, or equivalent background in marketing, communication or project management
• Strong understanding and ability to implement and manage effective marketing tools and strategies
• Strong understanding of construction procurement processes and delivery models
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
• Experience with CRM and proposal management tools
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, Bluebeam PDF editor and CAD
