As a People & Culture Manager, you will act as a business partner to your client group, managing all aspects of the employee life cycle, with the EllisDon values and Employee Experience at top of mind. You will support the implementation and management of all P&C programs, activities, and annual processes.
Deliver full recruitment services, resolve complex employee relations issues, compile P&C metrics, and analyze trends to strategically support business needs.
