As a People & Culture Coordinator (HR), you will be responsible for preparing documentation, responding to employee inquiries, and supporting managers with HR policies and processes. You will also lead the co-op program, manage HRIS, and assist with organization-wide programs and events.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing documentation, responding to employee inquiries, full-cycle recruitment, co-op program management, HRIS management, and supporting organization-wide programs and events.
This role is a great fit for someone with 2-3 years of HR experience, a post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field, and strong working knowledge of employment legislation. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
