
Job description
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a critical part in the day-to-day administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of HR systems, programs, and communications, supporting Store locations nationally and the Central Office in Toronto.
Provide day-to-day support for Workday and HR systems, support testing and implementation of HR systems, coordinate learning and development activities, maintain internal HR communications platforms, and administer core HR programs.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong service mindset who is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence within HR functions.
