Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass minimal physical test and background screening
• Must be able to work their shift
• Must be willing to cross train
• Ability to identify problems, inform others, and assist in the solving of such problems
• Judgment and decision-making abilities to prevent errors, scrap parts, safety hazards, or other poor results pertaining to job duties
• Ability to read and interpret work documents
• Ability to work with others as a team
