Job Description
Elval Colour is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team at Oinofyta and Thiva Plants, Viotia. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, executing targeted sourcing, and supporting employer-branding activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in industrial / manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with HRMS platforms and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
- Employer Branding campaign experience and university/industry partnerships
