Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Greece, responsible for leading talent acquisition, employer branding, and early careers activities for Greece and Cyprus. The role involves developing and implementing effective attraction and recruiting strategies to acquire top talent, utilizing various sourcing methods, and partnering with stakeholders throughout the recruiting and selection process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within a fast-paced multinational environment
• Proven ability to identify and source high-caliber talent through multiple strategies and channels
• Hands-on experience with HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and TA KPIs Dashboards
• Strong partnering skills with an ability to inspire trust and engage a range of stakeholders and candidates
• Can-do attitude, problem solving, and project management skills
• Team player mentality, agility, and growth mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, with proven professional experience using both English and Greek
• Military obligations completed (if applicable)
