Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven HVAC Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving the transition to high-efficiency, electrified home comfort systems by combining detailed technical estimation with effective salesmanship.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in HVAC project estimation and sales
- Strong foundational knowledge of construction principles and related estimating across HVAC, electrical, and building envelope systems
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Active BPI Building Analyst certification is highly preferred
