Job Description
Mariners Training Center (MTC) is seeking Mobile instructors to develop and deliver top-level instruction for youth athletes. These instructors will support camps, clinics, and special events within the Seattle Mariners Market during the summer months, offering opportunities for continued employment. The position requires excellent organizational, communication, and travel skills.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional levels
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
- Ability to adjust instructional plans
- Supportive and encouraging mindset
- Learning and utilizing technologies
- Frequent local travel
