Job Description
EL1 Softball instructors develop and deliver instruction to youth athletes ranging from beginner to advanced. The position is a youth baseball and softball training partner of MLB, with a focus on building relationships and supporting athletes and coaches in community programs. Instructors collaborate with co-instructors and may also travel to college and professional training facilities.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional level
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
- Supportive and encouraging attitude
- Learning and utilizing technologies to enhance instruction
- Frequent local travel
