Job Description
EL1 instructors are responsible for developing and delivering top-level instruction for youth athletes ranging from beginner to advanced. The company is a youth baseball and softball training partner of Major League Baseball, supporting athlete development through training programs and events.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional levels
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
- Ability to adjust instructional plans for athletes
- Supportive and encouraging mindset
- Learning and utilizing technologies
