Job Description
EL1 instructors are responsible for developing and delivering top-level instruction for youth athletes, ranging from beginner to advanced levels. Requirements
- Minimum of college playing experience
- Coaching experience at the college or professional level preferred
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
- Ability to adjust instructional plans for athletes
