Job Description
Mariners Training Center instructors are responsible for developing and delivering top-level instruction for youth athletes, from beginners to advanced levels. They build relationships with athletes and families, adapt their approach to each individual athlete, and collaborate with other instructors. MTC is the youth baseball and softball training partner of Major League Baseball.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional levels
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
- Ability to adjust instructional plans for athletes
- Learning and utilizing technologies to enhance instruction
- Frequent local travel
