Job Description
Mariners Training Center (MTC) instructors are responsible for developing and delivering top-level instruction for youth athletes from beginner to advanced. MTC is the youth baseball and softball training partner of Major League Baseball. Instructors build relationships with athletes and staff, and adapt instruction to different age groups and abilities.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional levels
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
- Supportive and encouraging mindset
- Learning and utilizing technologies to enhance instruction
- Frequent local travel
