Job Description
Mariners Training Center (MTC) instructors are responsible for developing and delivering top-level instruction for youth athletes. They work in various programs and settings, building relationships with athletes and families, and assisting in the training process. MTC is a youth baseball and softball training partner of Major League Baseball.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional level
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
