Job Description
Our client, a leading construction firm in Columbus OH, has an immediate need for a Field Engineer. The Field Engineer is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
Requirements
- Assist the Project Manager and Site Superintendent in daily project coordination and planning.
- Provide technical support to field operations, helping resolve design or construction issues.
- Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure adherence to project plans.
- Conduct field surveys and collect data to support project designs.
- Implement quality control and safety standards throughout construction phases.
- Monitor work on-site to ensure compliance with project standards, building codes, and specifications.
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, and work to verify adherence to project requirements.
