Superintendent

We are seeking a Superintendent to lead our field operations, completion schedules, and labor budget outcome of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in field supervision, healthcare and/or higher education markets, and be able to promote and exemplify safe work practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, preferred
• 7 or more years of experience in a field supervision role
• 5+ completed projects, run independently
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Can present well in a client interview
