Travel Construction Project Manager sought for a leading construction firm in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multifamily projects and lead a project team from preconstruction to completion.

Requirements

• Project team leadership from preconstruction through project completion.
• Develop scopes of work and manage project procurement.
• Financial responsibility to ensure profitability on the project.
• Project cost management.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with design professionals, subcontractors, customers, material suppliers, and other internal and external individuals.
• Facilitate and lead job meetings held with representatives of the Owner, subcontractors, architects, and related individuals.
• Develop and nurture the performance of project team members.
• Ensure proper and thorough project documentation.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities.
• Work with the Project Superintendent to ensure the project is constructed and completed according to schedule, within safety and quality expectations
