Requirements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for graduate and transfer students
- Review and process applications, render admissions decisions, and maintain accurate applicant records
- Counsel prospective, admitted, and non-admissible students on admissions requirements, program options, financial aid resources, and university policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support student enrollment and progression
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM and related systems
- Represent the Office of Graduate and Transfer Admissions at recruitment events and information sessions
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, families, and international consultants
- Stay informed on institutional updates, admissions trends, and developments within higher education and the aviation industry
