Job Description
Eterniti is the leading operator of vacation rentals in iconic holiday destinations, led by a passion for excellence, authentic adventures, and hospitality. The company is seeking a Destination Manager to manage a portfolio of 40+ properties in Chamonix & Pays du Mont-Blanc, with responsibilities including team management, quality and operations management, and guest relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Minimum 3 years managing hospitality operations in the premium segment
- Strong knowledge of Chamonix and Pays du Mont-Blanc and possibly an existing network there
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in managing team members and enjoying it
- Comfortable speaking with HNWI (High Net Worth Individuals)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Fluent in French and English
