Job Description
We're looking for a Destination Manager to lead our team in Morzine, Haute-Savoir, and manage a portfolio of 60+ properties. Responsibilities include team management, quality and operations management, guest relationship management, and owner relations management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience
- 3+ years of managing hospitality operations in the premium segment
- Strong knowledge of Portes du Soleil and existing network
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in managing team members
- Comfortable speaking with HNWI (High Net Worth Individuals)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Fluency in French and English
