Guest Services Coordinator

Eterniti is the leading operator of vacation rentals in iconic holiday destinations. As a Guest Services Coordinator, your responsibilities will include delivering a great experience to all stakeholders, handling guest complaints, and coordinating special requests. The role is similar to a hotel Front Office position, but within a remote hospitality environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working at the front office of a 4* or 5* boutique hotel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in an independent way
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
• Previous experience working with Mews Property Management System is a plus
