Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive, your responsibilities will include delivering a great experience to all stakeholders, guest relations, concierge & additional services, and more.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working at the front office of a 4* or 5* boutique hotel
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and work in an independent way
• Can-do attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to take ownership
