Director, Financial Performance – Individual Health Insurance Markets (Hybrid Detroit)

The Director, Financial Performance – Individual Health Insurance Markets will be responsible for financial performance functions, including budgeting and forecasting, performance metrics, and assisting with the planning, organizing, and directing of the company’s financial plans and policies. This position requires a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting, leadership skills, and the ability to integrate key economics of business into strategic decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or business administration required
• Ten years of progressively more responsible experience in Finance with preference towards FP&A assignments
• Five years of proven effective leadership experience in financial performance required
