Job Description
We are partnering with a national law firm to collect delinquent government receivables. The role involves providing excellent customer service, collecting past-due toll bills, and working with customers to create reasonable repayment plans.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
- Availability during the hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
- Previous phone or call center customer service experience preferred
