Job Description
Collector role with a national law firm, responsible for contacting individuals regarding overdue accounts through phone and written correspondence.
Requirements
- Prior outbound phone experience
- High-volume customer service
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
Benefits
- Hourly rate starting at $19.50-$20.50 while on a contract basis
- 17.50-18.50/hour after conversion with a bonus opportunites!
