Assembly Technician responsible for control and on-off valves assembly, testing, and fixing. Requires strong mechanical skills and a deep understanding of valve manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Assemble all types of Control Valves, including actuators and accessories
- Interpret and follow instructions from technical drawings, manuals, and History Cards
- Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and hydrostatic testing of valves and actuators
- Conduct engraving and fitting of nameplates, tags, and other identification elements
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
- Perform basic welding and tack welding
- Conduct visual inspections of welds
- Maintain tools, machinery, welding equipment, and fixtures
- Actively support preventive maintenance activities
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams
- Provide technical guidance, on-the-job training, and mentorship
