Valve Assembly Operator

Assemble manual, actuated, and automated valves, actuators, positioners, and associated flow control equipment. Test valves and pump equipment using workshop test rigs and equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area, including shared spaces and equipment.

Requirements

• Practical experience in mechanical assembly, repair, or refurbishment of valves, pumps, or similar industrial equipment
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings, quality plans, and work instructions
• Experience using hand and power tools in a workshop or manufacturing environment
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental practices
• Attention to detail and a quality-focused approach to work
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to follow standard processes, record work accurately, and contribute to a tidy, safe workplace
