We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our Shared Service Centers, providing services and support to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service attitude, and experience in a similar role.
Requirements
- Manage and process customer orders, product returns, quotations, and outbound customer calls to resolve customer queries/issues
- Understand and interact with various NI departments, processes, and applications to support customer needs
- Provide differentiated operational support through NI’s business model (Tiering) throughout the sales and post-sales cycle
- Drive escalation and continuous improvement for Customer Operations organization
- Exercise excellent decision-making during customer interactions or escalations
- Manage post-booking activities such as providing order status/follow-up until resolution
