Facilities Engineer

Oversee facility management, maintenance, and repairs, as well as develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety codes, and manage facility-related projects and energy usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or engineering
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure
• Strong project management skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and external partners
• Proficiency in facility management software and tools is advantageous
