Facilities Engineer

Facilities Engineer responsible for maintenance, repair, and enhancement of facility infrastructure, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and building maintenance. Responsible for preventive and emergent maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, as well as compliance and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Vocational Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or engineering, preferably within a manufacturing or technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Familiarity with Malaysian safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Strong project management skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in facility management software and tools is advantageous.
